Plansearch Plus covers planning applications for a radius of 250m from the centre of the property. E.g. proposal for a new nightclub or supermarket, you would know about it before exchange of Contracts.
Similarly, applications for development that might obscure the view from your client's property and affect its value are revealed. You would also get to know about decisions of larger applications.
Plansearch Plus also includes aerial photography, information on telecoms masts, details of footpaths and neighbourhood information on topics such as local facilities, schools and crime rates.

Searches can simply be ordered on line by clicking on the 'Order Searches' tab. We will confirm your order immediately and let you know when the search is being undertaken within 1 hour of your instruction. Progress can be seen by logging on to the system, calling us or by requesting automatic e mail updates.
