The CON29DW report covers all water and sewer related issues together with detailed mapping of all connections provided by various Local Water Authorities throughout England and Wales. We offer this report on all residential and commercial properties.
The Law Society recommends that a detailed drainage and water search is undertaken as part of every property purchase in England and Wales, to help avoid the costly mistakes relating to drainage and water assets and owner liability issues related to a property.
It is estimated that there are many private sewers and water pipelines throughout the UK, as there are public ones maintained by the water companies. The maintenance of which are the responsibility of the property owner.
Water and drainage search reports are a vital component of any comprehensive property search, ensuring that the property purchaser has a clear understanding of all sewer and water related issues.
